Production Worker (m/f/d) – Paper Machine

Your tasks:

  • You will assist our machine operators in the production of our specialty papers
  • You will carry out practical tasks directly at the paper machine and help ensure that production processes run smoothly
  • You assist in the preparation of production processes and required materials
  • You check the paper according to specifications and, together with your team, ensure its quality
  • You assist with cleaning tasks and simple maintenance activities, as instructed
  • You keep your workspace clean and tidy and ensure compliance with our safety regulations

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in production – though this is not a requirement
  • You are skilled with your hands and have an interest in technical processes
  • You work reliably, carefully, and responsibly
  • You are a team player, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting involved, and are eager to learn new things
  • You are prepared to work on a rotating weekly schedule
