Machine operator in paper processing (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- You will operate our equipment and ensure a smooth production process
- They cut and process our specialty papers in accordance with individual customer orders
- You monitor the production process and check the cutting quality, the visual paper quality, and dimensional accuracy
- You identify discrepancies and ensure that our quality requirements are met
- You carry out cleaning tasks as well as minor maintenance and repair work
- You work closely with your colleagues and support one another in your day-to-day production tasks
Your profile:
- You have completed a technical or vocational qualification or have already gained experience in operating machinery
- You possess a technical understanding and have an interest in production processes
- You work carefully, reliably, and responsibly
- You have a good eye for quality and enjoy working in a team
- You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and maintaining a clear overview, even during ongoing production operations
- You are prepared to work a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday
