Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) – Paper Machine
Your tasks:
- You operate, control, and monitor our paper machine and ensure a smooth production process
- You make adjustments to the machine and provide support during start-up and changeover
- You monitor the manufacturing process and ensure that our specialty papers meet quality requirements
- You carry out quality checks and respond to deviations in the production process
- You identify malfunctions, resolve minor issues, and provide support for maintenance tasks
- They document production data and process deviations
- You will work closely with your colleagues and, as needed, assist with the onboarding of production staff for the paper machine
Your profile:
- You have completed a technical or industrial vocational qualification—for example, as a machine and plant operator, paper technologist, or in a comparable profession
- Alternatively, you bring practical experience in machine operation or production
- You possess a technical understanding and are able to grasp production processes well
- You work independently, diligently, and responsibly
- You have a strong sense of quality and recognize when things are not going according to plan
- You are a team player, reliable, and happy to pitch in
- You are prepared to work on a rotating weekly schedule
