Shift Supervisor – Paper Industry (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility includes
- Leadership, motivation, and development of employees within your shift
- Ensuring efficient and trouble-free production processes on the paper machines
- Monitoring of production figures, quality, and plant performance
- Compliance with and monitoring of occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Analysis and troubleshooting of production disruptions
- Documentation of production data and creation of shift reports
- Close cooperation with line managers, maintenance, and quality assurance
Your profile:
- Completed technical or industrial training – ideally as a paper technologist/paper maker (m/f/d)
- Several years of management experience in industrial production, ideally in the paper and process industry
- Initial management experience or experience as a foreman/team leader
- Team-oriented leadership style and strong communication skills
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
- Willingness to work in shifts
