Paper machine line operator (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes

  • Independent management and monitoring of the paper machine line during ongoing production operations
  • Ensuring a smooth, high-quality, and economical production process
  • Control and optimization of production parameters
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of production trials
  • Documentation of production data, malfunctions, and quality indicators
  • Analysis and troubleshooting in cooperation with maintenance and engineering
  • Participation in continuous improvement processes

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training, e.g., as a paper technologist (m/f/d)
  • Experience in paper production or a comparable industrial environment is desirable.
  • High quality and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and structured approach to work
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
