To accomplish this, we strive for permanent improvement and stabilization of the product quality. Our production processes have been modernized, and key process criteria have been defined and are closely monitored. Our employees are highly skilled and strive for the highest quality with the lowest possible variation.
Environment protection
is an essential element of our work. One of our major tasks is the protection of natural resources (forests, and water and air quality). We use wood fibers from sustainable forestry. The pronounced goal of our environmental policy is the permanent optimization of energy use. We always strive to use and add the least amount of chemicals in all of our processes. This allows us to offer the most environmentally friendly products from processes which avoid negative impact on water and air quality.
Promotion of our employees
The knowledge and expertise of our personnel is an important asset to GRÜNPERGA. For this reason, we provide extensive information and training to our employees. Furthermore, we provide additional education for our paper technologists. Good working conditions and the involvement of the personnel in investment and improvement processes make sure that the employees are proud of „their“ company.
